VR GAMING OPTIONS
Our armoury prides itself on housing top-tier replica equipment, delivering an authentic and immersive experience. This means that some of our guns can be a bit hefty for our younger sharpshooters.
For young gunners under 11, we suggest the Junior package, which is perfectly tailored to their comfort and enjoyment.

VR ARCADE FAQs
Here are some of the commonly asked questions.
Due to the size of the VR headsets, we do not recommend the experience for customers younger than 7 years.
Adventurers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don't worry; there are no extra charges for the accompanying adult if they don't join in the adventure.
Not to worry, our friendly and expert staff will be there to guide you through each step of the way. We will also recommend adventures that are best to ease newbies into the land of the virtual.
Just let one of our staff know that you are new to the virtual world and we'll make sure to keep an eye on you during your adventure.
VR is a live experience - like a cinema or theatre - and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests to refund for cancellations. However, we do understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule their sessions.
If you choose to reschedule, email us as at bookings@vrn3xt.com and our team will do their best to reschedule your session for a more suitable slot.
Note: a 10% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 48 hours before the booking.
Under certain circumstances, we can issue store credit which you will be able to use at a later date. The amount of store credit will be equal to the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
VR Arcade is a social experience, and obviously, we understand if you want to enjoy a couple of drinks before you come. However, please remember too much alcohol and VR do not mix very well, especially if you are a first-time adventurer.
To make your experience smooth and enjoyable and protect your group from unnecessary incidents, we recommend coming as sober as possible. Our team members would be most delighted to recommend some great bars and restaurants nearby for a drink after the experience for a post-adventure debrief over a drink or four!
We also have a strict no drugs, no smoking and no vaping/e-cigarette policy. Given the nature of the activity, if our staff believe that you are intoxicated to play, we cancel your booking for your safety and the safety of our staff and other customers.
