WHAT TO EXPECT
Here is what to expect when you celebrate your special moments at VR N3XT.
Guest
WELCOME
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by our staff and guided to the designated party area. Guests are advised to arrive 5-10 mins before the start time.
Play
TIME
When your party begins, your group will be divided and rotated among the activities based on group size and the number of activities booked.
Celebration
TIME
After your activities finish, you can cut the cake* and enjoy food in our special celebration area, keeping the party going without interruption.
PARTY PACKAGES
There’s no minimum booking when celebrating life’s big moments, making it easier than ever to plan your perfect celebration!
Every party booking includes a complimentary 30-minute use of our celebration space for cake cutting and enjoying refreshments.

NOTE: Packages DO NOT include food and drinks. Outside food and drinks are allowed.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited for these packages. If you'd like to offer alcohol at your party consider our Private Hire Option from as low as £35 per person and get exclusive access to all activities for your guests.
Birthday Parties FAQs
Here are some of the commonly asked questions.
No, there is no minimum party booking required. We welcome parties of all sizes, from small gatherings to large events (up to 15 max).
Our party packages also offer a great way to experience more of our services at a discount, making them perfect for playdates, hangouts, and more.
On the day of your party:

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Your dedicated Party Host will greet you and your guests.

Welcome Brief: Your Party Host will give a quick welcome, explain the schedule, and go over any safety instructions.

Activities: Depending on selected activities and the group size, the group will be divided across the chosen activities. Your Party Host will guide you through each activity change, ensuring you make the most of your playtime.

Party Time: After the activities, you'll have time in our cafe area for any refreshments or cake you've brought along.

Wrap-up: Your Party Host will help coordinate the end of the party, assisting with any gift-giving or final announcements you'd like to make.
Throughout the event, your Party Host will be available to answer questions, provide assistance, and ensure everything runs smoothly. They'll also help keep track of time so you can focus on having fun!
Note: We are a book-to-play venue, so please make sure all your guests arrive on time. The Play sessions will begin and end as per the designated times.
Once a booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests for cancellations. However, we understand that sometimes customers need to reschedule their parties.
Our policy is as follows:

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please email us at bookings@vrn3xt.com. Our team will do their best to find a more suitable slot for your party.

Rescheduling Fee: A 20% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 72 hours before the booking.

Store Credit: Under certain circumstances, we can issue a store credit which you can use at a later date. The store credit amount will equal the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain a fair and efficient booking system for all our customers.
We are a family-friendly space, therefore no alcohol is served at our birthday parties.
However, we do allow alcohol for parties and events as part of our Private Hire package.
